the use of Autonex’s website, products, and services. By purchasing from Autonex, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein.
Autonex strives to ensure customer satisfaction, but all sales are final and subject to the
conditions stated below.

1. Refund Policy
1.1 No Refunds: Autonex maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is made, it is
considered final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including
dissatisfaction with the product or unintended purchases.
1.2 Warranty Claims: If a product is defective or non-functional due to manufacturing
faults, it may be eligible for a replacement under our warranty terms. However, refunds are
strictly not provided.
1.3 Liability Disclaimer: Autonex shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or the inability to use
them.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Order Cancellations: Orders once placed cannot be canceled under any circumstances,
including but not limited to changes in customer preference, delays in delivery by external
carriers, or changes in personal circumstances.
2.2 Autonex Cancellations: Autonex reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons
such as pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the
customer will be notified, and a resolution will be provided at Autonex’s sole discretion.

3. Product Returns
3.1 No Returns: Autonex does not accept returns of products unless expressly stated under
the warranty terms. Products that are damaged, altered, or used do not qualify for any
exchange or replacement.
3.2 Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with
warranty claims or exchanges. Autonex will not reimburse or compensate for such expenses.

4. Limitations of Liability
4.1 Autonex disclaims all liability for losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or
performance of the products or services.
4.2 By purchasing from Autonex, you expressly waive any claim for damages, losses, or
refunds due to product performance or compatibility issues.

5. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India,
specifically the laws of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
